Nicolas St. Constantinides is a Partner at Tassos Papadopoulos & Associates LLC. His principal areas of practice focus on commercial law, company law and construction law in the context of which he advises international and local clients from a wide range of industries in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He regularly represents parties to arbitration, adjudication and court proceedings. Nicolas also regularly advises in the areas of competition law, contract law, tenancy disputes, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, torts and consults on various regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to practising law, Nicolas served as a diplomat at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Cyprus to the EU in Brussels for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, responsible for the Government’s relations with the European Parliament. Nicolas also represented Cyprus at the EU Council Working Party on Transatlantic Relations and coordinated inter-institutional relations during the 2012 Cyprus Presidency of the EU Council, dealing with an array of legislative dossiers.
Nicolas is currently serving as the President of the Kyrenia Bar Association, one of the local bar associations of Cyprus and sits as an ex officio member of the Councils of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Advocates Pension Fund.
